Linking from Dev-C++ to TA-LIB

Has anyone done it?

I have searched the internet and have only been able to confirm that linking is a problem many have run into with several different libraries but have not been able to find a "This is the way I did it" example.

I have been doing it, rather I have been trying to do it, through Project Options - Link Library and can't compile successfully. If I include a DOS path to the .lib file in #inlude I reduce the errors substantially, so I think there's something I need to do differently in Dev-C++.
