Which Forex dealer is most "reputable"?

I think right now we have to be weary of whether there are ANY reputable dealers. It seems to me that they are all bucket shops.

I can certainly say, with personal experience, that Trading firms definitely believe it's harder to train somebody with experience (to unlearn their past mistakes) than to train somebody fresh off the street with no trading experience.

This is off-topic, but I've seen this many times in this Roundtable, and despite context, I still can't figure out what "IMHO" means.....could somebody be so kind as to enlight this un-hip computer user?
