I called them and it went to voicemail. Also, their website seems to be down.

From their website:

Due to the severity of hurricane Irma, it is possible that our clients may experience interruptions of service. Although we have co-located our critical systems in a secure place that has guaranteed power uptime and multiply-redundant communications lines, the unpredictability of the storm’s path and level of destruction may cause disruptions. The staff of CSI will give its best efforts to conduct business, but must also consider the safety of each team member.

I'm connecting/downloading but data only updating until Sept 8?

Yeah same here - nothing beyond Sep 8.

The posting status changed from 'Delayed' to 'Not Available' several hours ago after connection to the database was re-established:

Are people connecting using ua1 or ua2 as their webservers or something else? FTP was up but that is not my method.

I was able to update my data through 9/11, but at the end of the process I had to respond "No" to the question about updating "new or suspect database files". Answering yes ended up in an authentication problem. The courtesy data will be updated shortly, and I will update tonight as well if anyone needs it.

Just got a good ping back from ua2 and it appears to be up and running again.

I use ez downloader - no issues or error msg, works the same for me now as before Irma.

Same again this morning. It's downloading/running but not updating yesterday's data. Just until September 11.
I was only able to update Sept 11 data around 16:00 CET yesterday afternoon.

There's also the option to try other servers, not working (for me) either but here they are

change the PRIMARY SERVER NAME
from ua.csidata.com to either

63.138.17.102 OR 63.138.17.103
Click the OK button to save the changes.

Thanks for the alternate IP addresses. Same here. Their update servers are working but the website is down. No fresh data since EOD Monday.

It must be awful dealing with the post-Irma devastation but I wish CSI would keep their clients better informed. Does anyone know if they use social media or email for communications?

Today, for the first time this week, we seem to be ok, after refreshing database history/downloading a couple of times.
